Bow Bridge in Central Park

I saved one of my best days from NYC for last.  This dress and the Bow Bridge was definitely the recipe for the a great day in the City!  As I’m look through these photos, I am dreaming of this day in Central Park all over again!

I’ve seen Bow Bridge in countless pictures before but have never had a chance to visit.  So I definitely did not want to miss the opportunity this time.  It is so beautiful!  Aside from the bridge itself, the peaceful and breathtaking views from the bridge can’t be beat!  Cityscapes meets lush greenery meets the serene Lake….no wonder its in so many TV shows and movies.  Also, it was nice to catch that part of the The Park so empty.  We only encountered joggers and morning commuters, which made us feel like true locals.
It had been so hot during our visit that I made sure to wear something comfortable and breathable for the morning exploring Central Park.  This little white dress by Free People is probably the best thing I packed.  I love the eyelet detail and fitting silhouette. It was perfect for our stroll through the park and brunch date at Sarabeth’s (love that place!).
