I wear plaid all the time. A good plaid shirt is quite essential in the mom life wardrobe. But during the holidays, a good red plaid shirt just makes everything more festive. I love everything about the holidays! I literally cannot watch enough Hallmark Movies or favorites like The Holiday or Elf; can never get enough of Christmas carols, or attend enough holiday parties. One of my holiday dinner parties with a group of friends this year was themed plaid. It was so fun to see everyone pull together different plaid outfits. I am all about a dress up party – it narrows down the outfit planning and makes a group photo cohesive and memorable. Since we try to get together every holiday, we’ll always be able to reference 2016 as the “plaid party.”
