We had a TON of rain the last few days. I wasn’t really expecting it but I do love it, especially since California needs it in a bad way.
Growing up in Southern California, I don’t really think about dressing for rain unless it looks/feels like a hurricane is blowing pass by window. If its just a light little drizzle, I really don’t think about it and I go about my dressing like its 70 and sunny. And to prove it, I wore an outfit this weekend that was not completely rain appropriate…cue suede pumps.
I was cold or anything! Just nervous and kept jumping around puddles like it was my job. Opps. The good news though, I actually had an umbrella in my car! On another note, I’ve been wearing this utility jacket almost everyday. Perfect piece to complement any of my Spring looks. I wore it here with a lace top and distressed jeans.
